IT cum Lab Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for implementation and delivery of Telco lab network and eLab solution.
2. Responsible for Telco lab management including facilitating lab utilization, new Telco equipment purchase, operation, maintenance, and asset management.
3. Responsible for eLab administration including eLab booking, user account creation, binding, and follow-up with all requests; support and assist on new service requirements on eLab platform.
4. Oversees the preparation and maintenance of various equipment and facilities in lab and classrooms.
5. Responsible for online remote classrooms facilities setup, maintenance, and administration.
6. Plans, designs, coordinates, and recommends facility changes and equipment needs.
7. Responsible for supporting the regional IT department to provide IT support including department IT network and facility.
8. In charge of communication and coordination with internal staff, HQ personnel, and internal departments including supply chain and local logistics departments regarding lab resources and procedures.
9. Work and monitor with IT subcontractors and vendors.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum two years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably have the HCDA/CCNA or related IP certification.
4. Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
5. Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office's Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
