Responsibilities and Key Outcomes

• Active participation in designing and implementation of our global Open Text Documentum cloud platform.
• Implementation of general requirements through configuration or development as part of the product service.
• Communication to regional iPB's in business language to identify requirements and prepare them for further realization.
• Driving sustainable solutions to business specifications and user stories.
• Supporting project post go-live activities and daily maintenance of service.
• Involvement in technical expertise sharing with team members.
• Playing a role as technical expert for cloud-based Documentum solutions.

Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience as an IT Cloud Specialist.
• Practical experience in the support and administration of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and on-prem systems from the Microsoft environment.
• Experience in agile methodologies and tools.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Strong interest in cloud technologies and a commitment to continuous personal development.
• Curiosity and ability to recognize new cloud technologies early on.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Terraform to create infrastructure.
• Knowledge in Helm Chart, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• General knowledge in Azure DevOps and concepts like pipelines and git repo.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional Plus/Nice to Have Skills)

• Knowledge in Open Text Documentum cloud version.
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure and Middleware.
• Project management skills or PMP certificate.
