Job & Responsibilities:

Business Process Evaluation & Improvement

1. Work closely with stakeholders and users to evaluate current processes/workflows.
2. Identify improvement areas and propose technology-based solutions to optimize efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and add business value.
3. Propose and implement system enhancements to improve usability and performance.
4. Challenge the status quo and lead initiatives to streamline business processes.
5. Align IT roadmap with strategic business goals.

Project Ownership & Management

1. Manage end-to-end project life cycle: initiation to delivery.
2. Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget.
3. Measure project outcomes and ROI.
4. Liaise between stakeholders and external vendors/technical teams to maintain alignment and communication.

Change Management & User Adoption

1. Act as a change agent to guide users through new technology adoption.
2. Ensure smooth transitions through solution design, development, testing, and training.
3. Continuously drive system enhancements based on evolving business needs.
4. Implement and maintain IT best practices across systems.
5. Design dashboards and visual tools to support data-driven decision making.
6. Maintain accurate and user-friendly reports.
7. Develop and maintain a secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure to support current operations and future business needs.
8. Define a scalable, secure, and agile infrastructure roadmap, incorporating automation, standardization, and best practices.
9. Oversee the design and implementation of network, server, and security architecture (including Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backups).

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

1. Strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity through implementation of best practices, risk controls, infrastructure improvements, and compliance measures.
2. Monitor and manage IT security across systems, networks, and user access to ensure data protection and business continuity.
3. Proactively monitor and address system issues.
4. Provide timely support and maintain business continuity.
5. Stay up to date on emerging technologies, features, and industry best practices.
6. Identify new opportunities to maximize existing system capabilities.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
2. Minimum 5 years in data analytics solution or business analysis.
3. Minimum 2 years in project implementation and process improvement.
4. Experience with process mapping, ERP systems, and workflow automation (RPA/BPM).
5. Familiarity with e-ordering/B2B platform is highly preferred.
6. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including implementation, configuration, or daily operational support.
7. Proficient with Power BI and skilled in dashboard reporting.
8. Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
9. Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with internal stakeholders and external vendors/technical teams to optimize business workflow.
10. Strong understanding of business processes, operations and best practices.
11. Possesses strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and align with future business needs.
12. Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (database management and SQL queries).
13. Proven record of delivering technology solutions that enhance efficiency, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
14. Solution- and user-focused, with a strong analytical mindset and able to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues (configuration, integration).
15. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
16. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
