The Solution Consultant / Business Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. The Business Analyst will coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Working hours: Monday – Friday (9:30 am – 6:30 pm)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Information Technology with SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as it will be beneficial for working with our diverse clients and partners.
• Proven more than 2 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the relevant industry (e.g., technology).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or 2 projects experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, stakeholders, or project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Define project scope, create detailed plans, and set timelines.
2. Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage the project team, and ensure the availability of necessary tools.
3. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure all project documentation is accurate and accessible for future references.
