IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and other technical documentation.
• Assist in UI/UX recommendations for websites and applications.
• Work on IT tenders, including requirements gathering and proposal writing.
• Communicate effectively with developers and technical teams, understanding basic coding concepts.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support IT project planning.
• Support the testing phase by validating system functionality against requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates / 1 - 3 years experience

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear, structured documentation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.
• Familiarity with coding concepts (no deep programming required).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of IT project management and business process analysis is a plus.
