IT Administrative Assistant

Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage data and work with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Organize IT events or large meetings.
  3. Coordinate communication with DK & PL stakeholders.
  4. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Strong command of English.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
