Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in creating and controlling all the ISO documents.
• Co-operate and communicate with other departments to ensure all the ISO documents adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in and attend internal and external ISO audits.
• Assist in data compilation and prepare management review reports.
• Act as the OSH_C and assist in areas of safety, health, environment, and security.
• Organize safety training programs.
• Maintain records of safety incidents, investigations, and corrective measures to prepare reports and recommendations for management on safety performance and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO Audit and Document Control.
• Familiarity with ISO requirements.
• Certification in Safety Management (OSHA/MyKKP) is an advantage.
