IQC Inspector III

POSITION SUMMARY:

Implement Inspection for Incoming Parts and other assigned jobs. Make sure that no defect parts are released to the next station.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement quality inspection to Incoming Parts;
• Implement Inspection to parts which are in AE store / WIP / FGI / QI location / FA Location etc per Purge or SIIR;
• Feedback quality issues to Supplier Quality Engineer;
• Assist Supplier Quality Engineer in monitoring supplier’s performance;
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

• Ability to understand Incoming Inspection standards.
• PC skills; can properly create routing reports with MS Office tools.
• Can read/write basic English.
• Skills in electronic/mechanical product inspection.
• Skill in IQC Measurement Tool Operation.
• Basic knowledge of ISO9000:2000.
• Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years of electronic product manufacturing quality inspection experience, or a proper educational background without any work experience.

EDUCATION:

High school graduate or above.
