Dealing and execution of trades for local & foreign retail equities broking business. Carry out sales & marketing activities to acquire new clients. Manage client’s portfolio by providing market updates and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
Achieve goals and targets set by Equities Division by undertaking all business activities driven by the respective EICs which include order fulfillment, client acquisition and servicing as well as overall customer experience.
Track and monitor client acquisition processes including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
Develop strong selling skills and product knowledge in all equities-based products and have a complete understanding of all processes involved in the execution of client orders.
Implement sales campaigns and initiatives as proposed by the Regional Sales Manager and market Company products.
Proactively manage clients' accounts with the aim to achieve growth in terms of business volume and turnover, fee income, and new margin/trading accounts.
Ensure adherence to the Bank's internal and external policies and procedures, on SMF business and comply with Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, and any other relevant regulatory rules applicable to the equities business including the Maybank Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policies and Procedures.
