Investment Project Management Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Organizing: Assisting in developing project plans, setting goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure information flows smoothly.
3. Progress Tracking: Monitoring project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
4. Document Management: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and other relevant materials, ensuring all information is up to date.
5. Risk Management: Assisting in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Budget Control: Helping to monitor the project budget and ensure effective resource utilization.
7. Team Support: Providing support to team members and resolving any issues they encounter during project execution.
8. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
5. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
