DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering lifestyle products, and operating cafes.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Analyst or Senior Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, deep understanding of global markets, and experience evaluating investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of investment opportunities across public markets, private equity, real estate, and alternative assets.
• Perform thorough market and sector research to identify trends, risks, and new investment opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of potential investments.
• Prepare detailed research papers, investment memorandums, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor existing investments and prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct due diligence, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments of target companies.
• Collaborate with global partners, fund managers, and advisors; attend international meetings and events as required.
• Assist in shaping portfolio strategy and contribute to asset allocation discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
• 2–7 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, asset management, private equity, or family office settings.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and research methodologies.
• Proven ability to author professional research papers and deliver clear, concise analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a global mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
