Inventory & Sales Support Executive/Senior Executive

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers for stock and packaging materials, ensuring timely procurement in alignment with inventory and production requirements.
• Manage the ordering and inventory of product labels, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Source and maintain stock levels of essential packaging components, including empty bottles, spray heads, caps, and other necessary materials.
• Procure various types of paper and recyclable bags, ensuring availability for retail and online sales while prioritizing sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery (Retail, Online, Corporate, etc.)

• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of stock and packaging materials to the supplier's factory, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Oversee the distribution of stock to retail stores, coordinating with drivers or third-party logistics providers such as Lalamove to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage the fulfillment of online orders by coordinating shipments with courier services such as Gdex, Lalamove, and FedEx, ensuring efficient and secure delivery to customers.
• Handle order processing and inventory updates across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee, ensuring seamless online sales operations.
• Monitor and manage office stationery supplies, ensuring the availability of essential materials for daily business operations.
• Oversee office maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with service providers to ensure a well-maintained and functional work environment.
• Track and facilitate the timely renewal of business licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and avoiding operational disruptions.
• Perform quarterly stock counts and maintain inventory level by ensuring accurate stock records, conducting stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
