Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Perform regular stock audits, reconciliations, and physical counts.
Coordinate with store, production and sales departments to align inventory levels with operational needs and manage the timely disposal of obsolete or surplus stock.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory systems.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
Prepare regular inventory reports and analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and inventory flow.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control.
Reporting to Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
Bachelor/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Diploma holder with extensive experience can be considered.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Autocount etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skill.
