Inventory Controller

Responsibilities:

• Perform checking, analysis and reporting for inventories movement type on daily and monthly basis
• Perform checking, analysis and reporting on scrapping of inventories, inventories adjustments posting and inventories variances/ differences and damages
• Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received and ensure replenishment is done accurately
• Ensure the warehouse and store is tidy and clean, accurate and in good order according to the inventory allocation plan
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and conduct loss prevention measures and support
• Perform and coordinate monthly and yearly inventory counting
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Adhere to all Company Policies and follow all operational procedures especially safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM and above
• Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting and process documentation
• Integrity as independent inventory controller role
• Cost awareness mindset
• Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
