Job Details:

Major Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Operate MHE in a safe manner adhering to Rules and Regulations set by the company.
2. Perform housekeeping at Loading Bay, Storage, Compound, and workstation in accordance with GWP, FSQ and Safety standards.
3. Transfer Production waste to designated waste bin.
4. Rotate and segregate unused plastic pallets for washing to ensure they are clean and clear from debris in accordance with Pallet Management SOP.
5. Segregate between good and unusable condition pallets in accordance with stipulated work instructions, ensuring only good usable condition pallets are used to store products.
6. Perform full physical checks for incoming shipments from Supplier or 3PL, ensuring stocks are properly stacked and safely secured to pallets using shrink wrap. Incoming documents must be documented correctly before performing system Goods Receive (GR).
7. Perform system GR, generating HU labels and affixing them to the correct pallet after physical GR from incoming shipments from supplier or 3PL.
8. Perform physical putaway followed by system putaway for pallets from incoming shipments, returns from production, block to block transfers, and Finished Goods (FG) produced from Production.
9. Perform picking for Outbound or for Production usage based on Pick List.
10. Perform Outbound Dispatch, ensuring physical stock tallies with the tally sheet and is in good condition, utilizing the correct pallet type, temperature monitoring devices are affixed and activated, and Dispatch documents are complete and correct.
11. Transfer Raw Material (RM), repacking stock or QA Samples to Production physically using MHE followed by system transfer.
12. Transfer QA Samples to QA physically using MHE followed by system transfer.
13. Inter Block Transfer or Shunting of RM or FG stock physically using MHE or by Truck followed by system transfer.
14. Perform Stock Count via RF scanner.
15. Provide coaching to junior or newly hired Team Members (TM).
16. Undertake any other task assigned by Superior.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. Preferably have SPM or Diploma.
2. Preferably have at least 2 years of working experience in the warehousing field.

3. Able to operate Material Handling Equipment (power pallet truck, reach truck & forklift).
