Interpreter Executive (English - Chinese)

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and high-quality translation (written and spoken) between English and Mandarin for meetings, business documents, and correspondence.
• Serve as an interpreter during local and international business trips, ensuring smooth communication between parties.
• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading business documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support the Director with managing schedules, appointments, and other minor administrative tasks.
• Conduct research or provide insights related to financial or market topics when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for efficient communication and collaboration.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Translation, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in translation or a related role preferred.
• Native or fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in translation and interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of financial or business terms.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
