About the role

MUQMEEN GROUP KB' is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internship Takaful. In this full-time position, you will be part of our Insurance & Superannuation team based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of Takaful insurance.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the development and implementation of Takaful products and services
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and design innovative Takaful solutions
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Takaful industry
4. Support the actuarial team in pricing, reserving and risk management for Takaful products
5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of Takaful operations and processes

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in an Actuarial Science or a related degree programme
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
4. Familiarity with Takaful principles and the Islamic finance industry
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python)
6. Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of the Takaful industry
