Internship Student sales admin

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data entry to Navision Accounting System after receiving orders, order confirmations, and picking lists from logistic supervisors, logistic coordinators, or customers.
• Prepare sales invoices, cash sales invoices, and delivery notes (DO) for chicken eggs, layers, and fertilizer (chicken dung) after all sales transactions are properly posted to Navision Accounting System by Account Executive / Account Assistant.
• Control and limit chicken eggs cash sales to farm employees according to product and quantity set by Farm Management.
• Ensure all cash sales invoices are properly filed according to different categories, e.g., chicken eggs, fertilizer (chicken dung), and layers.
• Follow up on receiving or delivery notes from drivers, transporters, or customers. Ensure that all sales invoices are properly filed with receiving notes and goods return notes (GRN) from customers.
• Responsible for goods return checking and ensuring the quantity of goods returned matches with goods return notes (GRN) from customers.
• Update daily goods return summary and email it to Farm Management on a monthly basis.
