You will be exposed to key activities/initiatives that drive the growth of the employee benefits (“EB“) business and retention of existing clients, including but not limited to managing all internal and external inquiries and providing quality sales support and services to clients. During this internship, you would gain a better understanding of the EB business and support clients in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform and manage sales support to improve turnaround time and service levels.
  2. Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities.
  3. Prepare and send renewal invitation emails to clients and intermediaries.
  4. Source for quotations for events and do comparisons on shortlisted proposals.
  5. Undertake and assist with all administrative tasks related to Employee Business.
  6. Assist in organizing events and monitoring sales campaigns.
  7. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as and when required.

Key Requirements

  • Preferable candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Preferably, candidates who are able to be attached for at least 6 months.
