Internship: Real Estate Consultant/ Telemarketer/ Marketer

Location: Level 13 Wisma Mont Kiara, 1, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. (accessible by taking FREE shuttle bus from Semantan MRT Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: (RM 1,200 - RM 9,500)
- Basic Salary: RM 1,200 - RM 1,500
- Allowance: RM 300 - RM 500
- Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000

Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin (Optional)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to schedule appointments for showroom viewings.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via calling & WhatsApp.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address and resolve customer queries.
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling phone calls and messaging platforms.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
