- Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone to schedule appointments for showroom viewings.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via calling & WhatsApp.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address and resolve customer queries.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling phone calls and messaging platforms.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
