Job Description

We are looking for interns that can preferably join us in early JANUARY 2025.

Tasks:

1. Assist on project management
   • Learn project evaluation and execution, project scheduling, and tracking.
   • Learn project compliance of Safety & GMP.
   • Learn manufacturing systems, equipment, and technology.
2. Assist on project contractor management
   • Learn contractor safety management regulations and monitoring.
3. Assist on project technical discussion / troubleshooting
   • Learn troubleshooting skill management (RCA, FMECA, BVOA, etc).
4. Assist on project coordination with colleagues from multiple departments
   • Learn multilevel communication and coordination skills.
5. Assist on MOS (Manufacturing Operation System)
   • Learn MOS (typically called TPM, HPWS, IWS in other industries).
6. Any engineering-related tasks as informed by management
   • To be informed.

Qualifications

Final year students pursuing their degree in Process/Project/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Safety (or any other candidate interested in the technical field).
