Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental monitoring of GMP classified and relevant unclassified area.
• Timely testing and release of all test samples as per approved specifications, STP and customer requirement.
• Monitor TOC and conduct microbiological testing of the water system.
• Document analytical data and calculate results. Generate Record of Analysis and Report.
• Report results with integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
• Ensure validity of working standards and the calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Monitor environment temperature for laboratory, retained samples and incubators.
• Ensure the disposal of biological hazard as per regulations and procedure.
• Maintain the hygiene of laboratory equipment and area, level of inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standards in the QAQC laboratory.
• Submit tested samples for destruction after completion of analysis.
