Internship (Marketing/Business Administration/ Finance/ Project)

Internship Placement for the following departments:

• Central Marketing
  • Assist the Central Marketing department with Market Research, Marketing Budgets, and Marketing Procurement.
  • Support Marketing matters including conventional, digital, or event marketing.
  • Perform administration tasks such as printing and filing.
• Sales Administration (Management)
  • Coordinate with sales management staff and the Sales & Marketing department to check, process, and complete sales documents and agreements.
  • Compile information for monthly reports such as Summary Research on Nearby Competitors & New Launches.
  • Provide administrative support (e.g., data entry, issuing reminder letters and notices to purchasers, liaising with solicitors and real estate agents through emails and phone, scanning, printing, filing).
  • Assist with document preparation for signing (Sale & Purchase agreement, Tenancy agreement).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Corporate Finance
  • Prepare payments by cheque or online banking (fpx).
  • Data entry tasks such as keying in invoices.
  • Assist with monthly reporting.
  • Engage in general accounting-related work.
• Project
  • Assist the Project team (Township/ Non-Township).
  • Support the Project team with progress supervision.
  • Help with related administrative documentation.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the superior.
