-Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial requests from customers.
To assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant fields of studies.
Applicant must be willing to work in ALIM Klang Branch.
