Internship Opportunities

This internship program offers opportunities in various fields including Marketing, Sales, HR, Accounting, Quality Management, and Purchasing. Below are the specific descriptions for each internship role.

Marketing/Sales Internship

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and scheduling meetings.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to gain exposure to the sales process and industry best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Accounting Internship

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and support accountants.
  • Responsible for day-to-day office administration work as assigned.
  • Maintain proper document control and filing.
  • Systematic and able to understand business processes.
  • Willing to learn new skills in different areas of the business.
  • Proficient in Excel to analyze data.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to take good meeting minutes for future reference.
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and willingness to learn.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Human Resources Internship

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Help to maintain employees' records and HR databases.
  • Filing and data entry.
  • Assist with HR tasks and documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Quality Management Internship

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems and processes.
  • Assist in preparing quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Help to conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather data and analyze quality metrics.

Purchasing Internship

  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA with a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Systematic and able to understand business processes.
  • Willing to learn new skills in different areas of the business.
  • Proficient in Excel to analyze data.
  • Strong communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive.
  • Participate in annual internal audits for ISO9001:2015 certifications.
  • Follow up with supplier delivery dates.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualification Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Sales/Marketing/Accounting/Human Resources/Quality Management/Purchasing or any relevant field.
  • Final year students are highly preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Good attitude and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work in Simpang Ampat.
