INTERNSHIP (HUMAN RESOURCE)

The role:

We are seeking a driven and organised Intern to join our Human Resources team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD. This is a contract role based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, providing valuable hands-on experience in HR operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
• Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as managing employee records and processing paperwork.
• Participating in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conducting employee engagement initiatives and providing support for learning and development programs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns.
• Gaining exposure to a range of HR best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an HR, Business or a related degree program.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Eager to learn and develop HR knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
