Responsibilities

• To increase brand visibility and attract more attention.
• Produce and post daily content on our social media pages, including photo, video, and other engaging content formats.
• Ensure marketing efforts support corporate goals, and are in harmony with other operational goals.
• Build good rapport and relationship with affiliates by providing timely support and information.
• Manage & optimize self-serve advertising platform with integrate, upload, setting, optimize, analysis & meet Goal Performance target.
• Be proactive and take initiative to solve campaign inquiries and daily issues.

Human Resource Intern

• Support recruitment processes, screening and shortlisting candidates' resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
• Create and maintain an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Finance Intern

• Learn all spectrum of Finance & Account.
• Assist in data entry.
• Check and verify documents.
• Compile reports and deal with suppliers/vendors.
• Ensure proper filing and administrative systems.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Purchasing Intern

• Procure all components necessary to support production or prototype builds.
• Accomplish the best possible pricing, lead time agreements, resolution of quality issues, delivery, and inventory levels.
• Issue Purchase Orders to pricing, terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by Commodity Managers and Buyers.
• Optimize order management processes to ensure effective communication with suppliers.
• Maintain integrity of master data and purchasing planning parameters to minimize material liability and balance the cost of procurement with inventory investment levels.
• Monitor and continuously improve suppliers’ delivery and quality performance. Address and resolve recurring or critical issues by utilizing corrective action tools and additional resources.
• Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on delivery, quality, and service.

Retail Intern

• Assist Retail Manager in achieving sales target of the outlet.
• Learn to analyze sales performance and monitor merchandise mix.
• Learn to demonstrate a pleasant customer service experience, store organization, and window display.
• Assist in replenishment of merchandise and inventory management.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Highly prefer final year student with 3 – 6 months internship program.
• Strong interest and passion to work in the retail industry.
• Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and outgoing.
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
• People-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
