About the role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intern for Cafe Operations at Kellie's Castle in Batu Gajah, Perak. This is a full-time opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry and contribute to the smooth running of our on-site cafe.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
2. Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Assisting with general cafe operations, including restocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
4. Collaborating with the cafe management team to implement new ideas and improve existing processes.
5. Proactively identifying and addressing any customer needs or concerns.
6. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the cafe.
