E-Commerce/ Marketing:

• Assist the E-Commerce platform for sellers’ operation, marketing, and promotion related tasks (Shopee/ Lazada).
• Support the teams for online promotional campaigns and ads management.
• Responsible for online content management and title optimization.
• Assist to prepare monthly summary and data analysis report.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist superiors in all ad hoc assignments to optimize client stores' sales, operation and traffic.

Social Media/ Digital Marketing:

• Assist in overall social media content creation, copy writing, video production, live streaming, and research.
• Research and propose the latest social media trends, ideas and contents.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with audience.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (Affiliate Programme).
• Collect information to prepare for monthly summary and insights.

Finance & Admin:

• Assist in accounting data entry, account payable and receivable.
• Responsible for accounts bookkeeping and assist in accounts transactions, checking and verification.
• Assist in billing, payment collection and arrangement.
• Responsible for preparing sales proposals and agreements, ensuring all details are accurate and meet client requirements.
• Responsible for general administrative tasks, including monitoring staff attendance, office cleanliness and maintenance, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounts and HR departments to ensure smooth procedures.

Graphic Design:

• Assist in conceptualizing and designing marketing materials such as advertisements, banners, social media postings, festival greetings, and other online content.
• Conduct resizing, retouching, and manipulation of images as needed.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and timely completion of projects.

Web Development:

• Assist in website development and website amendment.
• Assist to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Develop website based on mock up design and deploy the application assigned according to the requirements.
• Work closely with other internal departments in the areas of gathering design and implementation requirements, and testing.

Customer Service:

• Assist in clients' sales order, inquiries and customer care related job.
• Attend to live chats, text messages and email from clients.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on any enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints, etc.
• Respond promptly to clients on a timely basis, address any issues escalated from clients, and establish a good relationship with clients.
• Work with internal team to ensure the smooth of operation flow.
