Internship – Administrative / QA/QC / Accounts

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Administrative, QA/QC, or Accounts departments. This internship offers hands-on experience and an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Intern

  • Assist in daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Update and maintain company databases and records.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

QA/QC Intern

  • Assist in quality control and assurance processes during production.
  • Perform inspections and maintain accurate records of testing results.
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Accounts Intern

  • Support the accounts team with data entry and record maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting software (for Accounts Intern).
    • Understanding of quality assurance standards (for QA/QC Intern).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Eager to learn and adapt to a professional environment.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Monthly allowance provided.
  • Mentorship and hands-on training from experienced professionals.
  • Certificate of completion upon successful internship.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
