Job Responsibilities:

  • Distribution of incoming faxes, mails, letters, courier documents into respective trays
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, letters, and other documents for the Service Sales department as appropriate
  • Monitor and follow up on maintenance contracts - New Contract / FS to Paid Contract / Renewal of existing contracts
  • Responsible for the administration and management of the Service Sales Department (contracts and repairs)
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects as required by the Manager
  • Monitor the registered supplier portal including TM, TNB, government, etc.
  • Perform any other functions and tasks assigned from time to time.
