Internal Audit Manager / Assistant Audit Manager

• Identify key business risks, controls and develop audit plans in response to audit findings. Execute audits in accordance to the audit plan.
• Review existing policies and procedures for deficiencies or lack of compliance with laws and develop objective recommendations for improvements based on audit findings and present to Senior Management and Audit Committee.
• Undertake corporate-wide initiatives and ad-hoc special projects within Malaysia.
• Carry out investigations relating to whistle blowing or requests from Management.
• Provide training on governance and controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIA.
• Minimum 5 years experience in internal audit and supervising a team.
• Candidates with experience in the procedures and controls and from the retail industry will have an added advantage.
• Good command of English, BM, and those who can communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
