All about the role:

Centre of Excellence RTR (Record to Report), to help in facilitating RTR activities and ensuring smooth operation. To be of support for upcoming EluxOne migration Cluster 3. Moreover, to build and sustain a healthy and effective relationship with stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Operational Excellence

  1. Shadowing RTR Senior Executive as they perform their duties.
  2. Perform basic journal entries, to help in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Recon and monthly closing activities.
  3. Support RTR Team in delivering professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving queries in relation to RTR transactions.

Others

  1. Support in EluxOne migration (if required).
  2. Ad hoc assignments upon request from Team Lead/Manager.

Who you are:

  1. Candidate must possess at least or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  2. No work experience required.
  3. Strong communication ability in English (both written and spoken).
  4. Work independently with minimum supervision.
  5. Applicant must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  6. Proactive, work efficiently and effectively to deliver results.
  7. With an eye for details and the ability to interpret data and translate into meaningful, useful information that helps in decision-making.
  8. You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions. You can manage changing priorities with ease.
  9. Keeping consumer and customer a priority, bringing an outside-in perspective to encourage cross-functional collaboration, utilizing diversity and encouraging open feedback.

You will be based in our Petaling Jaya office and you will be part of the Finance Team.
