Intern, Life Branch Operations (Klang)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY

  • Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails.
  • To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial requests from customers.
  • To assist in processing non-financial endorsements.
  • To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant fields of studies.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in ALIM Klang Branch.
  • Minimum 3 months' internship period.
  • Preferably to commence in September / October 2024 onwards.
  • A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
