IT Quality Assurance Team

1. Liaising with the BSA/PM and development team to understand testing requirements.
2. Writing, recording and executing both manual and ideally, automation functional and regression test scripts as part of the release cycle.
3. Logging, retesting and closing bugs.
4. Tracking own test plan progress.
5. Handling the development of automated test scripts.
6. Communicating testing status on a regular basis to QA Automation lead.

What you'll need (Required):

1. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Available for the duration of the internship period (4-6 months).
3. Knowledge in CRM systems e.g., Salesforce will be an added advantage.
