Description

The Intern – Test and Integration Support will play a vital role in assisting the Test and Integration team within the CTO - Information Technology department. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn about software testing and integration processes. The intern will help ensure the quality of our products by participating in the development and execution of test plans, supporting integration testing, and collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating and executing test plans and test cases based on product specifications.
2. Support integration testing of software components and systems.
3. Document test results and report any issues found during testing.
4. Assist in test management activities, including tracking test progress and reporting status.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and maintain a checklist for environment readiness to enable smooth testing.
6. Participate in troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve integration issues.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. The internship is a mandatory requirement by the university, and applicants must be able to commit to a 6-month duration.
3. Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking concepts, and virtualization technologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
8. Some experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
