Intern, Human Resources Business Partner (Healthcare Solutions) (March Intake 2025) (Kuala Lumpur)

We are excited to announce an internship opportunity within our Human Resources department, starting in March 2025. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of human resources.

Key areas of exposure during your internship with us include:

1. Assist in reviewing and supporting the implementation of HR policies and processes that align with Edgenta's and divisional objectives, contributing to business and organizational goals.
2. Support the manpower planning process by gathering data and assisting in identifying the talent mix needed for current and future business/organizational needs.
3. Contribute to maintaining consistency in HR approaches by assisting in projects related to talent attraction, management, and development to meet organizational requirements.
4. Collaborate with HR team members to support the development of policies, programs, tools, and solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
5. Provide assistance on various HR-related matters under the guidance of senior team members and participate in delivering effective solutions to meet HR needs.
6. Support the resolution of employee relations issues by shadowing HR professionals and learning about processes such as investigations and conflict resolution.

Criteria for the ideal intern:

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. CGPA of 3.0 and above.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
