Responsibilities

• Support basic master data transactions such as profit center/cost center maintenance and intercompany account maintenance.
• Support account receivable clearing activities.
• Support in report preparation for account receivable or master data related tasks.
• Undertake any other assignments or ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead related to master data or account receivable processes.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Good understanding of Business Processes (Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay & Record to Report).

Soft Skills

• Demonstrate basic knowledge in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Education

• Currently pursuing Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Business Admin, Finance, or a related discipline.
• On a 3 to 6 months internship assignment.
