Assist Product Development team to follow up with working committee on the progress of the upcoming product preparation.
Assist Customer Retention team in preparation of monthly customer retention report.
Generate report in Report Manager on daily basis and ensure that all information are accurate prior sending out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
S end the maturing contracts leads to dealer on monthly basis and collect feedback from dealer in timely manner.
Send contract details/report to Datapos in monthly basis for issuance of retention letter.
Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
Other Ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any other related field.
Mandatory internship with supporting letter from University.
Min. requirement - Able to do 6 months internship and start on mid January 2025 until mid July 2025
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate excel skills a plus)
Highly motivated and energetic person
Good written and spoken English.
Able to communicate in all levels in a corporate environment.
Attention to details and good prioritizing skills.
