Job Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings in accordance to the specified requirements.
• Circulating the drawings to the relevant parties.
• Updating the copyholders whenever there are changes and identifying the obsolete copy.
• Performing backup of the drawings on a regular basis.
• Filing the drawings in such a way that they can be accessed easily.
• Liaising with the design department to obtain clear specifications.
• Supporting the design department with necessary drawings from concept to handover.
• Creating detailed CAD drawings for production.
• Creating detailed CAD drawings for on-site work.
• Liaising with joinery contractors to understand needs.
• Continuously looking for and suggesting ways to improve the process.
• Following Deco Style quality control procedures.
• Performing other duties as requested by management in support of the Design Team.

Essential Requirements of Job Holder:

• 3 – 4 years CAD experience in ID drawings & joinery environment.
• Methodical and organized.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong technical and construction furniture skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable complying with procedures.
• Good accurate CAD skills, used in a joinery environment.
• Thorough experience of working with AutoCAD is essential.
• Able to work as a team.
