INTERIOR SALES DESIGNER (Kitchen/Cabinets)

About the role

As an Interior Sales Designer atJTECH CABINET, you will be responsible for providing design solutions and sales support for the company's kitchen and cabinet products. This full-time position is based inAyer Molek, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

• Meeting clients on-site to take measurements and discuss design requirements and ideas.
• Preparing final drawings then presenting them to clients for approval.
• Working with contractors and installers to ensure design specifications are met.
• Providing ongoing project management and support to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Preparing orders and checking them as your clients need.
• Having a good working attitude and being able to work as part of a team.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's design and sales processes.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in interior design.
• Basic training will be provided to salespersons about the basic cabinetry process and design.

Desired skills and requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role within the interior design industry (fresh graduates also considered).
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD/SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Possess own transport.
• Great negotiation and problem-solving skills.
