Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and assist in all aspects of the design process from space planning, conceptual mood board, impressive 3D render, technical drawings, prepare materials sample boards, construction drawings, shop drawings, operations manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site recce and analysis.
• Exhibit excellent design sense, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and well time management on all aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Help elevate design standards and provide quality control.
• Liaise with suppliers for specified items.
• Generate perspective drawings using computer-aided design (CAD), AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, and Illustrator software.
• Determine selection of colours, materials, and finishes to appropriately convey the concept.
• Ensure accurate drawings according to company standards.
• Support other team members to deliver drawings on time.
• Obtain sign-off for all drawings and finishes.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management System (ISO).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office & CAD knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge in design, planning, and representational skills.
• Working knowledge of computer-aided design AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, SolidWorks, and Illustrator software.
• Attention to details, artistic and creative.
• Good multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start immediately.
