Interior Fit-Out Drafter

Specialized in Interior Fit-out Project responsible for detailed technical drawings and coordination with relevant parties including Consultants, Clients, Construction Team.

Working location at Penang.

Job Descriptions:

• Produces detailed shop drawings and as built drawing for interior fit-out and Architect construction drawings;
• In charge of all drawing development required by the project;
• Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;
• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
• Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
• Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization;
• Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions, RFI if required;
• Consults with key personnel of the projects on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
• Coordinate with QS, project team and sub-contractor for fabrication;
• Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;
• Present drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary;
• Produces 3D drawings when necessary;
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirement:

• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD
• Preferably with experience working in ID firm/company.
• Preferably candidate to start work immediately
