Your new role

As an Interior Designer in an interior design company, you will typically oversee the design process from concept to completion, including preparing construction drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, and as-built documentation. These will all translate towards you delivering a truly client-centric solution for multinational and local companies across Southeast Asia.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Interior Design (ID) tender and construction drawing packages using AutoCAD.
• Provide timely revisions and technical drawing assistance to the team.
• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with building management, architects, and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site visits and take detailed measurements as needed.
• Create 2D renderings and 3D visualizations using 3D Max and SketchUp.
• Prepare as-built drawings, operations manuals, and maintain the design library.
• Coordinate and prepare design concepts and proposals based on client requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations and ensure quality of finishes.
• Assist with tender processes and site observations to ensure smooth execution.
• Independently handle projects from design conceptualization and development through to project completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Proven creative flair, with strong color sense and design documentation skills.
• Excellent space planning abilities.
• Strong communication and design presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D software.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Tender/Construction Drawing Packages and interior detailing in AutoCAD, particularly for commercial office projects.
• A good team player who is committed, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
• Positive working attitude, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
