Interior Designer / Quantity Surveyor (ID) / Site Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Flair for conceptual design, good in perspective drawings manually, computer aided & detailing.
2. Able to produce conceptual interior design drawings for presentation to clients and working drawings, detail drawings for construction.
3. Knowledge in managing costing against design.
4. Coordinate with internal team, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
5. Interact with clients and lead proposal development, including presentations, design direction and project costing.
6. Assist Design Director to review and audit all submission drawings and other documents.
7. Oversee project progress at all stages, attend key site and progress meetings.
8. Consistent follow up on outstanding works and issues, propose solutions and report to superior.
9. Ensure a high standard of quality control on all relevant documentation, including drawings, schedule, specification, and site delivery.
10. Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Accustomed and receptive to high project demands.
4. Possess own transport to travel around Klang Valley area.
5. Willing to work night shift to monitor renovation work, as and when required.
6. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel.
7. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
8. Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
