We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer with proficiency in 3DMax, Lumion, CAD, and SketchUp to develop high-quality virtual environments for virtual tour projects. This position focuses exclusively on digital design and rendering, with no on-site responsibilities or coordination with contractors. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming design concepts into immersive virtual spaces that align with client expectations. Candidates must also have the ability to work with CAD and SketchUp files, seamlessly integrating them into 3DMax workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Virtual Design Creation: Design and develop detailed virtual interiors for use in virtual tour applications.
2. 3D Modeling and Rendering: Use 3DMax and Lumion to create photorealistic renderings and animations.
3. CAD & SketchUp Integration: Import, modify, and adapt CAD and SketchUp files into 3DMax for seamless project workflows.
4. Material and Lighting Application: Implement realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance virtual designs.
5. Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling virtual environments.
6. Project Workflow Management: Ensure accurate handling and integration of design files from CAD and SketchUp into the 3D rendering pipeline.
7. Quality Assurance: Deliver virtual designs that meet the highest standards for clarity, functionality, and visual appeal.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in interior design with a focus on virtual environments.
2. Proficiency in 3DMax, Lumion, CAD, and SketchUp is required.
3. Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
4. Experience in importing and working with CAD and SketchUp files in 3D workflows.
5. Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
6. Strong communication skills to interpret client needs and feedback.
7. A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work, particularly for virtual environments or tours.
