INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at NZ REKA TEGUH RESOURCES. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional and functional living and working spaces that reflect our clients' unique styles and needs. Based in our Puchong Selangor office, this is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Enhance customer experience with creative cabinetry and fixture designs.
• Provide personalized design solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Create 3D designs and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage deadlines effectively while ensuring high-quality designs.
• Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements and present design ideas.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed.
• Research and source furniture and lighting to match the project’s style.
• Support project workflows from start to finish, including space and furniture planning.
• Prepare and track project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the team and pitch creative ideas.
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the interior design industry.
• Experience in cabinetry, renovations, or interior design firms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software.
