Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of interior spaces that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.
2. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate proposed designs.
3. Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax.
4. Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the design concept, budget, and timeline.
5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design plans.
6. Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3DMax etc.
4. Strong conceptual and spatial awareness skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
8. A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required.
