About the role

As an Interior Design Sales Executive at Persegi Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by securing new interior design projects and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This full-time position is based in Cyberjaya, Selangor, offering the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and innovative team.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new leads and sales opportunities in the interior design market
• Scheduling and conducting client consultations to understand their design requirements and preferences
• Preparing detailed project proposals and project estimates for potential clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with clients
• Collaborating with the operation team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and securing repeat business
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative design solutions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to secure new contracts
• Proficiency in designing and presenting creative interior design concepts
• Knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
