Interior Design Draftsman

Job Responsibility

1. Handle 3D design and detail drawing.
2. Draw and build floor plans and newly designed floor plans.
3. Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
4. Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
5. Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
6. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc.
7. Responsible for drawing project designs that fulfill company or client requirements while integrating the needs of marketing, sales, and manufacturing capability.
8. Prepare final plans using computer applications.
9. Create, design, model, and produce prototypes.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): AutoCAD, InteriCAD, or relevant 3D software.
3. Good attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
6. Full-time position needed.
